The Season for Compassionate Action begins January 30 and runs through April 4. These two dates are the memorial anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and this period of time is in alignment with the Season of Nonviolence presented since 1998 by the Association of Global New Thought. Both Gandhi and King have been our modern time examples we've needed to make change around the idea of being peace in challenging times. This season needs no season but gives the opportunity for us to be more aware of what our thoughts are concerning all of life. The first 23 days are meant for one self and the other remaining days are focused on life outside of one's self. How is it we can show up in more compassionate ways? The material presented is meant to assist us in becoming more aware. Namaste.
